Refund Policy
Digital Products & Services
Foundation Plan: Foundation plan is an annual commitment (12 months) regardless of payment option chosen (one annual payment or the 12 monthly payment installments. You can cancel your plan within 7 days of purchase by emailing support. Please note if you are on the 12 month payment installment plan, you are still required to pay the 12 months if you do not request to cancel within the 7 day window.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after the 7 day window, but access remains available until the prepaid period ends.
Transformation Plan: A full refund is available if you cancel before the second live session. To request a refund, email [email protected] with "Transformation Cohort" in the subject line.
Physical Products
We partner with fulfillment centers that do not accept returns of opened items. If your item is unopened (with the manufacturer’s seal intact), you may return it within 60 days of purchase by shipping it back to the warehouse at the address listed on your package, along with the original order slip.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Notify [email protected] when returning an item, as our fulfillment centers do not automatically inform us of returns.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the warehouse marks the item as “returned.”
Damaged Products
If you selected insured shipping, we will replace your damaged order. Email [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product.
If you opted for regular shipping, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damaged items. (While rare, shipping damage can occur—please consider this when selecting your shipping option.)
Returns for Refund
We do not accept returns for used or opened books under any circumstances. If your item is unopened, you may return it using one of the following methods:
Return to Sender: Refuse the package upon delivery to maintain tracking visibility.
Mail it Back: Ship it to the “Shipped From” address on the package. (Return shipping is non-reimbursable.)
Important:
Include your order slip with your name and order details. Without this, the warehouse cannot process your return.
Notify us via email when you send the return, as we are not automatically informed.
Once received, it may take a few days for the warehouse to scan and process your return before we issue a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Cancellations

Once an order is placed, the order starts processing by our fulfillment center, making cancellations difficult. Please note that we are a small team and do not operate 24/7. If you email us late Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday, we won’t see your request until the next business day.
Even in cases where we receive your request quickly, we often need to coordinate with the warehouse, which may respond after the cancellation cutoff. If your order has already been assigned a tracking number, cancellation is no longer possible. However, a refund can be issued if the package is returned unopened to the warehouse.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per the policies above.
