Help! I don't see where I can sign up for the waitlist!Updated 14 days ago
Issue: You want to sign up for the newsletter or join a waitlist, but you cannot see where to enter your information.
Possible Cause: This issue may be caused by an ad blocker or pop-up blocker extension being enabled in your browser.
Steps to Turn Off the Ad Blocker/Pop-Up Blocker:
Open Your Browser:Start by launching the web browser where you are experiencing the issue.
Access Extension Settings:
- Chrome:
- Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
- Select More Tools > Extensions.
- Firefox:
- Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.
- Select Add-ons and themes.
- Safari:
- Click on Safari in the top menu.
- Choose Preferences, then select the Websites tab.
- Opera:
- Click on the Opera logo in the top left corner.
- Choose Extensions > Manage Extensions.
- Arc:
- Open a new tab and click on Settings (three horizontal lines in the left sidebar).
- Select Extensions, then find your ad or pop-up blocker.
- Chrome:
Locate the Ad Blocker/Pop-Up Blocker: Find the extension that handles ad blocking or pop-up blocking (e.g., AdBlock, uBlock Origin, etc.).
Disable the Extension:
- In Chrome and Firefox: Toggle the switch off to disable the extension.
- In Safari: Uncheck the box for the extension or select "Deny" in pop-up settings.
- In Opera: Toggle the switch off or click on "Remove" to disable the extension.
- In Arc: Toggle the switch off next to the ad or pop-up blocker to disable it.
Refresh the Page:After disabling the blocker, refresh the webpage where you want to sign up or join the waitlist.
Check Again: Look for the sign-up field or waitlist entry again. You should now be able to see it.
If you're still having trouble, consider temporarily disabling all extensions or trying a different browser.
