I see a 404 when I try to purchase a plan!Updated 21 days ago
We are aware that there are some who see a 404 error on our Plan Pages. We are actively working on the issue.
We recommend trying these things first.
If any of them end up working, please let us know so we can add that information to the case!
1. Trying the link on multiple browsers and devices. (Desktop, Mac, Chrome, Edge, etc.). Right click or long-press the button to “Copy Link Address” and paste elsewhere.
2. Clear your cache on your browser.
3. Try different internet or service networks. For example, your home wifi, work internet, etc.
4. Turn off any VPN you may be using.
If none of these work, you can add your name and email to the troubleshooting form.
