I purchased a new plan but didn't get an invite to access itUpdated 11 days ago

When you purchase a new plan, you should receive 3-4 emails

  • One from Bullet Journal confirming your order (with an order number)
  • One from us via Appstle that confirms your new subscription
  • One or two from Mighty Network/"Ryder" that invites you to access your new plan - this is the one you need to access the platform with the new Plan.

Sometimes, people will not receive the one from Mighty Network because they have unsubscribed from Mighty Network emails. This is a legal setting we cannot bypass, so you may not receive that invitation link
