Foundation (For Mindful Productivity) - NEW members

The Foundation program is designed to support mindful productivity. One of the main reasons why people seek the Bullet Journal Method is to not only get stuff done, but to get more of the right stuff, meaningful stuff, done in a flexible way that works with your brain and context. This Plan will help you understand the mechanics of where to write what, as well as the ritual of reflecting on how it all went.

The Foundation Plan includes the following:

Foundation Course (Self-Paced course packed with 60+ lessons, downloads, exercises, and more)
Topics and BuJo Resources to dig into the official method and its varied use cases
Weekly & Monthly Live Rituals to support your practice (Recordings available)
Monthly Office Hours to get your specific questions answered (quarterly with Founder Ryder Carroll)
Other live programming like Book Club, Daily Checkins prompts, workshops, and more.

Current Plan Options:

This is an annual subscription, which can be paid in one of two ways:

Refund Policy

Legacy Members (old programs):
No refunds unless you're a new buyer or within the current refund period.

Foundations (Annual & Monthly):
- Once you purchase, you have 7 days to ask for a refund. Please email support[at]bulletjournal.com with your order number and the email address you used for the course.
- After 7 days, your membership becomes non-refundable, and you’ll retain full access to the course and community through the end of your annual term.

Where should I manage my subscription?

All of your account updates - billing, membership, upgrades, etc - should be managed through Your Account on bulletjournal.com. You should NOT be managing your account in Bujo U.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can manage your Membership through your account on our main BulletJournal Website - NOT Bujo U.

Each membership is a 12 month subscription. You will not be able to cancel or downgrade until the end of the agreed period.

Inside your account portal, you'll be able to access your membership and cancel.

In order to bring the flexibility of different payment options and methods, we had to move the management of membership details outside of the Mighty Network Platform.

Do I keep the courses if I cancel my plan?

No, membership to a Plan is required for continued access to Foundation, Transformation, and Certification course spaces.

How can I access another plan?

Remember, all membership management should happen from your portal on the Bullet Journal website, NOT Bujo U. In order to bring the flexibility of different payment options and methods, we have to manage these details outside of the Mighty Network Platform.

If you'd like to downgrade your membership (for example from Certification to Transformation, or Transformation to Foundation), you can do so at the end of your membership term.

If you'd like to upgrade your membership, you can do so at any time from your portal. A few notes on what will happen:

Your 12 months will restart on the new plan
Your new payment amount will be prorated based on what you've already paid in your current plan. So for example, if you've paid 3 months at $27 a month, your Transformation upgrade will be discounted $81. Or if you've paid the annual membership at $299, you would be discounted that much on the Transformation Plan.

Do I have to know English?

The Foundations Course is filmed and taught in English. Closed captions will be included in English and we will be working on adding updated subtitles in core languages like German, Spanish, and more.

Course prompts and exercises are currently offered in English.

There are language-specific rooms with different language speakers and sometimes even language-specific events. Current language rooms include: Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese, and Dutch.

Is the course available offline?

No, the course is streamed and requires an internet connection

Can I share materials with others?

Your purchase includes access for one person. We ask that you don’t share login details or course materials—thanks for helping us keep the community sustainable.
